You might need to rebuild Ibex depending on your Linux configuration (gcc version...). You can do it by opening a terminal and typing :
                 cd path_to_the_directory_of_this_file                 (e.g. cd /home/user/Desktop/ibex-lib1.19_qt_sivia_flex_bison_windows_linux)
                 make clean && make
                 11
You might need to install the bison, flex, m4, gtk, gtkgl, glut and plib packages (e.g. for Ubuntu 10.1 : via Synaptic, or the command sudo apt-get install bison flex m4 libgtkglext1-dev libglut3-dev plib1.8.4-dev libgtk2.0-dev...) to succeed.

If you need to rebuild Ibex on Windows, follow the directions on http://ibex-lib.org/install_win32.html, but just after the installation of MinGW and MSys, replace the content of the directory C:\MinGW by the content of the directory C:\Qt\2010.05\mingw if you plan to use Qt, and instead of doing the part "Install Ibex/Quimper", run C:\MSys\1.0\msys.bat and type :
                 cd path_to_the_directory_of_this_file                 (e.g. cd /c/Users/Administrator/Desktop/ibex-lib1.19_qt_sivia_flex_bison_windows_linux)
                 make clean && make
                 13
Then, rename lib/libibex.a to lib/libibex_win32.a, lib/libibexmohc.a to lib/libibexmohc_win32.a, BiasProfil/lib/libBias.a to BiasProfil/lib/libBias_win32.a, BiasProfil/lib/liblr.a to BiasProfil/lib/liblr_win32.a, BiasProfil/lib/libProfil.a to BiasProfil/lib/libProfil_win32.a, BiasProfil/lib/libProfilPackages.a to BiasProfil/lib/libProfilPackages_win32.a.
